I'm Still Alive, Really

Sorry, Red has been busy! I finally responded to some of the comments from my Thursday posts. Thanks to everyone who weighed in.

I'm working on a homework assignment right now, but I hope to post something new tonight! (Probably after midnight, actually.)

Comments:
I hope my previous missive didn't give a false impression. Now that I'm older/wiser, I find that my critical thinking faculty is better served by refraining from psychotropics. I must protect the precious few IQ points that I have left.

Paradoxically, I find the "war on drugs" to be a collossal waste of time and treasure...not to mention an agregious abrogation of liberty.

So, the moral of my story is the following: one should not use drugs unless one is prepared to accept any/all consequences personally, without expecting another to provide relief from same.

Robert, Your pretentious use of the English language would come off better if you learned to spell "colossal" and "egregious".

anonym-ass,
I do beg your pardon. I did't realize that my language needed to cleared by the likes of you. Cut me some slack...I'm a former stoner.

Oh Robert, I should have clarified. I didn't think you were STILL a stoner! I agree about the war on drugs-- it's a waste. As a musician, I've met tons of people who do drugs. Some grow out of it, and some have addictions for life. The latter obviously experience many problems later on. But the war on drugs isn't doing any good. As System of a Down would say, it's just building a prison.

Why should you be cut some slack? Didn't you mean this: "One should not use drugs unless one is prepared to accept any/all consequences personally, without expecting another to provide relief from same."

Lighten up! Red has made menny spelling airers.

Hey you gun owning redneck ;-), go check out the Carnival of Cordite. We need any and all contributors!
